Vanessa is motivated and excited to lớn inspire others to lớn reach their fitness goals. Her love for teaching others started in her garage on a heavy bag with personalized training from a friover. She started using kickboxing in 2005 to help her thua thảm weight and saw how fast her body và mind responded to the workouts. When she joined a gym and started attending group classes she became a fanatic và wanted to lớn Inspire others lớn fall in love sầu with fitness the same way she did. She began her teaching career as a group fitness instructor in September of 2007 và personal training in January of năm trước. Vanessa holds certifications for Personal and Group Training, Zumcha và Spinning. She has specialized training in kickboxing, weight training & Salsa fitness.
